Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient order processing, accurate data entry, complete analytics & reporting, and seamless coordination with our sales and logistics teams for their requests.

Location: Onsite only in Carol Stream, IL

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Efficient and accurate daily processing of orders – includes input of orders, verification of inventory availability, add packaging, credit card, and shipping fees. Execute orders from input to confirmation to customer. Order logistics for freight and communication to sales team and customer.
  • Manage customers and vendors in Acumatica and Salesforce; enter new customers and vendors, complete customer and vendor setups, billing info, IDN info, salesperson, shipping carrier and account numbers.
  • Processing marketing mailers, maintaining contact lists, analytics, reporting, maintaining filing system, data cleanup, small event coordination, ShareSync clean-up.
  • Answer and direct phone calls; call and email on aged receivables, follow up on questions, lead times, cases.
  • Weekly reporting, Salesforce maintenance, sales history, customer contacts, follow-up support including emails, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, customer site visits, and booking venues & events. May also assist in booking airfare, hotels, and entertainment.
  • Complete certain month-end close procedures, including opportunity funnel clean-up, scorecards, updating company dashboards, and other analytical needs.
  • Complete marketing & sales mailers.

Key Metrics:

  • Process over 75 orders per week with efficiency and accuracy as a team.
  • Maintain a dirty order rate below 5%, ensuring clean and complete customer order data.
  • Achieve 100% order entry accuracy, with zero PO processing errors.
  • Confirm orders to customers within 24 hours, demonstrating our commitment to responsiveness.

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong Excel knowledge; should be able to perform Pivot tables, complex functions, and manage data integrity
  • Excellent phone & e-mail etiquette

Job Description

The Inside Sales Account Manager will generate opportunities through outbound sales, consult customers and sales partners on projects, and build & nurture long-term customer relationships. They will also help manage a customer service phone line, and respond to online requests for quotes, in-servicing, and support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Closing sales according to assigned sales targets
  • Conducting virtual webinar consultations that analyze a customer’s unique needs and goals; makes recommendations and sells customized
  • solutions
  • Identifying sales leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, e-mailing, marketing promotions, and account management
  • Qualifying leads from marketing efforts, website leads, e-mail responses, or trade show scans
  • Regular outreach into territory and accounts, and ensuring customer needs are met & exceeded
  • Develops and nurtures positive, customer relationships
  • Performs on-site visits to customer accounts for in-servicing, consultations, or other site-specific activities

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-5 year’s experience in inside sales, account-manager role preferred, but not required
  • Highly goal-oriented, and focused on achieving and exceeding results; competitive spirit
  • High degree of customer service and phone skills
  • Problem solver, self-motivator, and self-manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word
  • Salesforce Lightning experience a plus

Job Description

The Engineer uses engineering techniques and principles to help design, maintain or improve new and existing products and components. They create parts lists, makes prototypes of models & designs, and involve suppliers to help source components for projects. They use CAD to design concepts and oversee the full product design process. They will also be involved in the QC process, from management, product testing, and troubleshooting.

Job Duties

  • Uses engineering techniques and principles to design, maintain or improve new or existing products and/or components.
  • Uses computer-aided design (CAD) softwares to design concepts, prototypes, and more.
  • Manages the QC process and conducts testing & troubleshooting on the library of Pure Processing products
  • Creates parts list, sources suppliers, and lists costs involved in production of new products & designs.
  • Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to meet project goals, including: clinical education teams, marketing, sales, fabrication teams, product suppliers, and more.
  • Maintains product data & files. Regularly ensures information is up to date with current product specifications.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and relevant regulations and guidelines to maintain a high level of expertise.

Job requirements and skills

  • High proficiency with CAD software
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering highly preferred
  • Highly self-reliant: can manage deadlines, timetables, and communication on their own
  • Creative problem-solving skills; can find unique ways to fix problems, and improve existing designs & processes
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar Engineering role & capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
