Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of product initiatives from concept through launch. They identify customer needs, analyze market trends, deliver marketing & sales strategies that drive revenue and adoption, and serve as hte liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive products to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable product initiatives.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including marketing, sales, and production requirements.
  • Establish and manage timelines to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Define and track key product launch metrics such as revenue, market share, and production milestones.
  • Continuously assess post-launch performance to ensure KPIs are met and propose course corrections if needed.
  • Develop and deliver product positioning, messaging, and training for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning discussions
  • Create and manage assets like white papers, product guides, and marketing campaigns to support product adoption.

Key Metrics

  • Revenue growth associated with new product verticals and launches

  • Product adoption metrics (e.g., number of accounts converted, percentage of repeat business)

  • On-time production for initial product focus areas

  • Timely completion of key marketing deliverables (e.g., campaign launches, white paper creation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of product management or product marketing experience

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities at once

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience with product launches and managing timelines; incredibly organized
