One program, explained in three minutes

Every intern spends a summer embedded in a working department paired with a mentor from Day One. You’ll carry a real project from kickoff to result, sit in on the same meetings as our Managers and Leaders, and see your work used in an actual company initiatives. It’s a structured runway of putting your skills and abilities into actionable, meaningful work.

Sales Track

Ayden

Ayden spend the summer supporting real-world sterile processing and GI departments by setting up consultative calls, helping address needs for Customers proactively. Ayden conducted product in-services, communicated updates on real-world sales opportunities and enabled the success of all sales functions.

What they built

Ayden helped contribute meaningful updates our the CRM, leading to smarter, more informed data about our Customers and their needs.

Marketing Track

Yuliya

From social media, customer engagement and brand building, Yuliya Raised the Standard on what it means to see and experience Pure Processing as a company, as a customer and as an employee.

What they built

Our first Customer feedback Survey, digging into how Pure Processing can improve offerings and measure our ability to meet our company promises. Measured feedback for leadership on seeing our promises through to those that matter most.

Engineering Track

Adrian

Adrian immediately become an important contributor to prototyping, testing real, new product concepts and standardizing engineering documentation, fueling future R&D initiatives.

What they built

A complete library of standardized reprocessing sink dimensions, which quicken how we customize equipment to address Customer needs.

Finance Track

Drew

Working directly with our Finance and Accounting team, Drew worked with real business-data and became hands-on in the systems, financial processes and ERP that guide decision-making across Pure Processing

What they built

Power BI dashboards that inform mid-Managers to Senior Leadership. Real data in real-time. That same data is used to build the business and champion Customer growth initiatives.
