Job Description

The Production Scheduler leads the capital production process by developing, coordinating and monitoring a production schedule. They allocate resources towards capital production, process purchase orders, improve important production metrics, and implements initiatives which clarify, simplify or improve the capital production process.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop & maintain production schedules for capital equipment production
  • Allocate resources to production of capital, maximizing efficiency, reducing waste, and meeting deadlines & deliverables
  • Process purchase orders with fabricators and vendors which support the capital production process
  • Analyze production capacity across capital categories, forecast resources requirements against budgets, and develop plans for unexpected demands
  • Collaborates with leadership on capacity expansion and optimization strategies
  • Communicates delivery requirements between sales, production teams, fabricators, and other important vendors & stakeholders
  • Tracks and improves key capital production metrics, including on-time delivery, lead times, quality and accuracy
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives with data-driven insights; updates and maintains key scorecards and identifies ways to improve key metrics

What You'll Need

  • 3-7 years exp minimum managing production schedules, scheduling systems in a manufacturing environment

Job Description

The Capital Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of capital sales in their area. They may split time between working at a home office, and traveling to their territory to perform on-site visits, demos, in-servicing, consultations, and other related services for customers. The Capital Account Manager will represent the capital portion of the Pure Processing portfolio and make recommendations for department challenges. They must have a strong understanding of the industry and instrument reprocessing landscape. Your Location: Major Northeast hubs preferred, such as New York City, Boston, Washington DC, Baltimore, and others Your Territory: The Northeast US, covering Maine to VA. Includes major cities such as New York, Boston, Baltimore, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, and others.

What you’ll be doing

  • Builds and maintains a capital sales pipeline for their territory, and meet assigned sales quotas within targeted time frames
  • Identifies challenges, consults customers, and provides recommendations for solutions
  • Generate leads and qualifies prospects
  • Performs in-services, demos, on-site visits, consultations, and other related services for customers
  • Works with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional programs

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of product initiatives from concept through launch. They identify customer needs, analyze market trends, deliver marketing & sales strategies that drive revenue and adoption, and serve as hte liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive products to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient order processing, accurate data entry, complete analytics & reporting, and seamless coordination with our sales and logistics teams for their requests. Location: Onsite only in Lisle/Naperville, IL

What you’ll be doing

  • Efficient and accurate daily processing of orders - includes input of orders, verification of inventory availability, add packaging, credit card, and shipping fees. Execute orders from input to confirmation to customer. Order logistics for freight and communication to sales team and customer.
  • Manage customers and vendors in Acumatica and Salesforce; enter new customers and vendors, complete customer and vendor setups, billing info, IDN info, salesperson data, shipping carrier and account numbers.
  • Processing marketing mailers, maintaining contact lists, analytics, reporting, maintaining filing system, data cleanup, small event coordination, ShareSync clean-up.
  • Answer and direct phone calls; call and email on aged receivables, follow up on questions, lead times, cases.
  • Weekly reporting, Salesforce maintenance, sales history, customer contacts, follow-up support including emails, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, customer site visits, and booking venues & events. May also assist in booking airfare, hotels, and entertainment.
  • Complete certain month-end close procedures, including opportunity funnel clean-up, scorecards, updating company dashboards, and other analytical needs.
 

Key Metrics

  • Process over 100 orders per week with efficiency and accuracy as a team.
  • Maintain a dirty order rate below 5%, ensuring clean and complete customer order data.
  • Achieve 100% order entry accuracy, with zero PO processing errors.
  • Confirm orders to customers within 24 hours, demonstrating our commitment to responsiveness
 

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-5 year’s experience in order processing or customer service preferred
  • Strong Excel knowledge; should be able to perform Pivot tables, complex functions, and manage data integrity

Job Description

The Junior Accountant manages invoicing, collections, payments, and the financial reconciliation processes. They are critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. They also assist in data management, Customer management, and sales tax administration & compliance. Location: Onsite only; Lisle/Naperville, IL. Hybrid not available  

What you’ll be doing

  • Issuing daily A/R invoices to customers – matching sales orders and PO’s to ensure accuracy, including sales tax information.
  • Daily receipts of customer ACH, check and credit card deposits and match to ERP system.
  • Timely input of A/P invoices, matching receipt paperwork to invoices and record disbursements of vendor/office ACH payments. Bi-weekly payment of all remaining A/P.
  • Responsible for collections of past due A/R. Follow-up and settlement of credit holds for Customers and/or orders on credit hold
  • Manages new vendor set-up paperwork and ensures all new customer documents received are properly filed.
  • Uses Acumatica (ERP) to manage customer data, and sales tax filings
  • Expertly navigates communication with customers on credit holds, outstanding documents & paperwork, overdue payments, and new vendor set-up items.
  • Other data entry, AP/AR, and vendor management activities, as required.
 

Key Metrics

  • $0 errors in customer invoicing – ensuring complete accuracy
  • $0 missed invoices & past-due A/P through timely data entry and processing
  • A/R collections goal: <98% of invoices remain past due (46-60 days)
  • Daily and accurate bank transaction matching in ERP
  • Compliance with tax exemption form management and sales tax filings
 

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in order entry, customer service, or with AP/AR responsibilities
  • Associates degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong Word & Excel skills; is proficient and can effectively use Word and Excel for a variety of functions
  • Experience working in an ERP system preferred
  • Expert ability to communicate with Customers in e-mail and over phone; can navigate a variety of AP/AR issues with courtesy and urgency
