Job Overview
The Capital Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of capital sales in their area. They may split time between working at a home office, and traveling to their territory to perform on-site visits, demos, in-servicing, consultations, and other related services for customers. The Capital Account Manager will represent the capital portion of the Pure Processing portfolio and make recommendations for department challenges. They must have a strong understanding of the industry and instrument reprocessing landscape. Remote candidates located in CA and NV preferred.Job Requirements
- Builds and maintains a capital sales pipeline for their territory, and meet assigned sales quotas within targeted time frames
- Identifies challenges, consults customers, and provides recommendations for solutions
- Generate leads and qualifies prospects
- Performs in-services, demos, on-site visits, consultations, and other related services for customers
- Works with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional programs
- Periodically attends local and national shows
- Uses digital and social selling to interact with clients and close sales opportunities; will leverage social media and digital selling in their sales process
- Prepares sales reports and analytics on periodic basis, reports results against quotas
- Keeps up to date with industry guidelines, knowledge, and trends in instrument reprocessing
Preferred Skills & Requirements
- 5-7 years of validated sales performance in meeting quotas, targets
- Experience working with sterile processing, endoscopy, infection prevention, and/or OR professionals
- IDN selling experience preferred
- Capital equipment selling cycle experience
- Demonstrates high level of planning, time allocation, and execution skills
- Positive and energetic attitude when working with clients
- Savvy digital/social media seller; willing to become an expert if not already
- Self-driven motivator with the ambition to create results and self-manage
- Expert-level phone, communication, and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications required
- Highly proficient in virtual selling: using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and leverage digital resources in the selling process

Job Description
The Inside Sales Account Manager will generate opportunities through outbound sales, consult customers and sales partners on projects, and build & nurture long-term customer relationships. They will also help manage a customer service phone line, and respond to online requests for quotes, in-servicing, and support.Job Responsibilities
- Closing sales according to assigned sales targets
- Conducting virtual webinar consultations that analyze a customer’s unique needs and goals; makes recommendations and sells customized solutions
- Identifying sales leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, e-mailing, marketing promotions, and account management
- Qualifying leads from marketing efforts, website leads, e-mail responses, or trade show scans
- Regular outreach into territory and accounts, and ensuring customer needs are met & exceeded
- Develops and nurtures positive, customer relationships
- Performs on-site visits to customer accounts for in-servicing, consultations, or other site-specific activities
- Develops & maintains their expertise in the instrument reprocessing profession & space

Skills & Requirements
- 2-5 year’s experience in inside sales, account-manager role preferred, but not required

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word
- Salesforce Lightning experience a plus

- Leads, manages, and oversees production, warehouse and quality assurance teams
- Oversees day to day operations, ensure production processes run efficiently, and metrics are met and exceeded
- Acts as EOS Integrator, ensuring projects are executed, problems are resolved, and ideas from the Visionary are integrated into greater plans and projects.
- Develops and manages documented plans for quality assurance teams; ensures products meet customer and regulatory needs and quality metrics are met and achieved. Uses 5S and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Manages the flow of goods, data and costs from the start of order or fabrication through production and shipment. Includes inventory management, production schedules, and transportation.
- Leads process optimization efforts: analyzes production trends, identifies opportunities for growth, mitigates potential risks, and streamlines operations for the highest operational levels possible.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have experience managing people and production schedules.
- Lean Six Sigma, 5S or other supply chain certification greatly preferred.
- Has worked in production and manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in ERP and/or QMS required.
