You're good at your craft — you've just never gotten a fair deal around it. You can wire it, plumb it, fix it, build it. The skill is there, but the consistent hours, meaningful work, and decent working conditions haven't been. Some weeks you're slammed. Other weeks the phone doesn't ring. You've learned not to count on a paycheck that looks the same twice in a row. That changes now. You'll work inside, in a clean, air-conditioned facility — assembling real equipment, solving real problems. When something needs figuring out, you're the one people come to. Not a crew you blend into. The growth is real. Your paycheck reflects your performance. Not just a flat wage. Improve your benefits and take care of your family the way you intend. The culture is consistent. The hours are predictable. The people who thrive here came up building things — carpenters, handymen, HVAC techs, plumbers. People who learned from doing. If that's you, this isn't a lateral move. It's a reset. Stable hours. Consistent pay. Improved benefits. A team that notices. [gallery ids="15563,15793,15792,15788,15561,15789,15790"]

We're not looking for someone to hold down the fort. We're looking for someone to help build it. Pure Processing is doing what most companies wish they could: doubling every 3–5 years. The person who steps into this Operations Manager role will have a real hand in what comes next. If you've been waiting for a shot at a VP path without trading away work that actually matters, this is it. Mission and momentum, together. What you won’t find here:
  • A bureaucratic environment where change takes forever; we encourage rapid & decisive change.
  • A ceiling; the only limit to your growth, is your willingness to invest in yourself, others, and the business.
  • Lack of accountability: from leadership to the floor, we all speak the same language
[gallery ids="15560,15561,15562,15121,15563,15564,15565"] The 5 things never to be forgotten in this role:
  1. Lead, manage, and hold others accountable: Standards are set, tracked and enforced. People know what’s expected of them. You lead by example.
  2. Stand-ups & operational dashboards: the tone of the floor starts with you. High performance, mutual respect and accountability are the daily standard.
  3. Eliminate waste relentlessly: From capital production, pick/pack/ship and operational KLIs, you’re always improving & optimizing performance.
  4. Build for scale: Always be growing. Good enough is never the finish line.
  5. Workforce and capacity plan: Every decision you make should support x2 the capacity. Lead with double-digit growth in mind, always.
What you’ll do in this role:
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a mixed team of skilled and support staff — setting clear expectations and following through consistently
  • Own and drive key operational metrics: throughput, on-time delivery, quality rates, labor efficiency, and scrap/rework
  • Identify and eliminate waste — using lean thinking and continuous improvement principles scaled to a small company environment
  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, respect, and high performance on the shop floor
  • Partner with ownership to design scalable processes as we grow from our current size to 2–3x our operations
  • Develop your direct reports — identifying future leaders and building bench strength below you
  • Drive daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and monthly improvement initiatives
Key Metrics:
  • On-time delivery ≥ 98%
  • Zero uninvestigated safety incidents
  • Inventory accuracy ≥ 98%
  • Defect / rework rate trending down
  • New hires productive within 30 days
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–6 years in an operations supervisor or manager role within manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industrial environment
  • Proven track record of leading hourly and skilled trade workers — you know how to earn respect on the floor
  • Metrics-driven mindset — you track numbers, own them, and act when they signal need to step in
  • A history of addressing performance and culture issues head-on, not avoiding them
  • Genuine ambition to grow into a senior leadership role over the next several years
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, kaizen or similar continuous improvement frameworks a plus
  • Comfort working with and building scorecards, metrics, dashboards and reporting
  • Experience at a company that grew quickly & significantly. Help us keep doing the same!
Departments reporting to you:
  • Capital production & flow product teams
  • Pick/pack/ship & warehouse teams
What You’ll Gain: We believe high performers should be rewarded clearly and fairly. We offer:
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health insurance
  • 100% company-paid short- and long-term disability
  • Up to $50,000 in company-paid life and AD&D coverage
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays, including Summer Hour Fridays
  • Air conditioned/climate controlled warehouses & production facilities
  • A high-growth company that promotes from within
  • A respected brand that customers trust and welcome
