The PureSteel Demag Station is a standalone, mobile unit with integrated demagnetizer and Magnetic Identification Film to centralize the process and confirmation of demagnetization of surgical instruments. The Demag Station adds staging space and reduces handling of instrumentation and improves quality assurance activities in sterile processing departments.
Instrumentation can become magnetized during surgical procedures, requiring sterile processing professionals to ensure instrumentation is safe and functional before procedures. The Demag Station is ideal for departments processing high volumes of cardiac or ocular devices which frequently become magnetized.
