A sink and ultrasonic system in one, designed to enhance workflow with increased flexibility and capacity.
The QuickSonic™ Sink System is single basin sink and ultrasonic system in one, designed for quick, easy, and safe soaking and cavitation. Enhance manual cleaning safety by minimizing the handling of devices using the most effective technology for fine cleaning to quickly eliminate bioburden.
Perform all manual cleaning tasks at the QuickSonic™ Sink System with short cavitation processes. The system has a small yet effective footprint to work with your department layout, without having to sacrifice counter space. It also acts as a fully functional sink, even when service is needed. It’s ideal for creating a dedicated station for loaner tray pre-processing or overflow of delicate, non-lumened, simple devices, such as ocular devices.
The QuickSonic™ is the only ultrasonic capable of a gross rinse, allowing most bioburden to be rinsed down the drain without filters that need to replaced, reducing service needs. The system is built to be quieter than most sonics, supporting staff comfort.
The QuickSonic™ provides the flexibility to meet most mechanical cleaning IFU requirements with programmable cycles as short as one minute.
For an ultrasonic solution that is also a fully functional sink, check out our PureSteel™ Inline Sonic System.
Features to help your SPD
- Ergonomic: Height-adjustable design, ergonomic wrist rests, and a pegboard that keeps tools at the optimal working height — reducing strain and improving staff safety throughout every shift. A quieter design reduces noise an levels for staff, improving comfort.
- Flexible: Can fit into smaller department footprint as a standalone unit. A 30” x 18” basin size fits most surgical trays and instrumentation.
- Serviceable: Accessible plumbing and electrical connections allow for easy servicing. Remains a fully functional sink even when the sonic is not in use or undergoing maintenance — no downtime.
- Organized: A backwall pegboard adjusts with the sink to keep manual cleaning tools at an ergonomic height. Custom pegboard layouts and a full suite of accessories outfit each sink to its specific purpose.
- Customizable: Sonic cycles can be programmed as low as 1 minute, offering the flexibility to meet a wide range of instrument IFU cleaning time requirements.
- Compliant: A 30" x 18" basin size accommodates larger devices and instrument trays, making it suitable for a range of devices.
- Safe: An overflow prevention drain and containment lids protect staff from overflows and aerosolized blood and soils during sonic cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions
The QuickSonic™ Sink System is a compact, single-basin sink solution that combines soaking and ultrasonic cleaning for fast, effective bioburden removal. Ideal for limited decontamination spaces or as a quick-cycle adjunct to existing systems. Its quieter design, custom programmed cycles, and simpler servicing make it a flexible, powerful sonic for most sterile processing workflows.
The system allows departments to perform manual cleaning tasks with short cavitation processes, as fast as 1 minute, helping eliminate bioburden during instrument cleaning. Ideal for separating ocular devices to meet ST79 guidelines or pre-processing loaner trays before normal manual cleaning.
The QuickSonic™ Sink System is ideal for creating dedicated ultrasonic cleaning areas for specialty devices such as ocular instruments, hand-wash-only items, or overflow processing during high-volume periods like loaner tray intake. Its standalone design allows departments to add ultrasonic capacity where it is needed most without disrupting existing workflows.
The QuickSonic’s™ 38” x 15” footprint is designed to fit even the tightest decontamination spaces.
Our QuickSonic™ can plug into a standard 120v outlet so no upgrade is required. Only ensure it has a dedicated plug in
The system reduces handling of contaminated instruments by combining the sink and ultrasonic functions. As a standalone unit, it can be designated to handle ocular or specialty trays, freeing other sonics for general instrumentation. When the ultrasonic function is not needed, the unit can be an additional basin to manage instrument volumes, such as being an additional soaking station to free up other sinks.
Sonic cycles can be programmed for as little as one minute, offering flexible cleaning cycles depending on the device and cleaning process.
The system includes a 30″ × 18″ basin, designed to accommodate larger devices.
An overflow prevention drain and containment lids help protect staff from overflows and aerosols during cleaning. The reduced handling of instrumentation adds protection from sticks and pokes.
Yes. PureSteel™ Sink Systems are height adjustable and a backwall pegboard adjusts with the sink to keep cleaning tools at an ergonomic height. The ultrasonic feature helps reduce technician fatigue by addressing the fine cleaning of larger quantities of instruments at once. It’s quieter design is more comfortable for staff.
