The PureSteel™ Ergonomic WorkStation is designed to enhance the packaging and visual inspection of surgical instruments. By providing greater ergonomics, enhanced productivity, and greater compliance for the inspection and packaging of surgical instruments and packaging materials, staff can have more control over prep and pack outcomes.

Sterile processing workstations can be height-adjustable with a standard 3-year warranty on lifters or be fixed height. Height-adjustable pegboards keep tools at the most ergonomic height for staff, while organizing and freeing up valuable counter space for packaging. Power is organized through the pegboards, uncluttering prep and pack tables. Height-adjustable sterile processing workstations include built-in electrical; each table only requires 1 wall outlet.

To enhance worker productivity, sterile processing workstations feature a wide range of unique built-in features & accessories. Assembly tables can be customized according to each department’s unique workflow: sizes, pegboards, pull out counters, heat sealer shelves, drawers, footrests, printer & PC shelves, storage areas, accessory layouts, and more are built with each unique application in mind. No two tables need be the same.

Customized features include:

• A built-in tabletop light for inspecting blue wrap for holes, or finer instrumentation inspection before packing.
• Hughes Seal & Stow Heat Sealer Shelf- A collapsable heat sealer shelf for storing heavy, large heat sealers off countertops.
• An EZ Slide Pullout Countertop creates extra space for packing, when required.
• An EZ Slide Scale allows technicians to weigh as they pack, ensuring trays and sets are below the 25 lb. weight limit as recommended by AORN and AAMI.
• Printer and PC Tower Shelves store IT off countertops and help organize wiring.

The PureSteel™ Wrap Inspection Table is designed to organize and enhance the packaging and assembly of surgical instruments. Combined with a backwall wrap rack to hang blue wrap and a tabletop light to inspect wrap materials, sterile processing technicians have greater ability to find defects in wrap and on instrumentation before sterilization.

Wrap Inspection Tables can be fixed or height adjustable. They can be customized to include built-in features to aid in organization and ergonomics. Departments can choose to add drawers, pull out countertops for more space, Hughes Seal & Stow Heat Sealer Shelf to store heavy heat sealers, height-adjustable under-shelving for storage, or footrests for enhanced ergonomics.

The PureSteel™ Robotics WorkStation is a Specialty Impact Table that dedicates space and resources for robotics packaging areas. Its particularly effective for departments whose low-temperature sterilizers are in separate areas of their workflow, or where IFU between sterilization technologies differ, and specialized set-ups can ensure compliance with different sterilization methods.

The PureSteel™ Mobile Scale Cart is a portable, mobile scale for sterile processing departments to easily weight trays during assembly. The built-in scale helps technicians ensure that trays are less than the 25lb weight limit in accordance with AORN and AAMI standards. Great for checking in vendor trays, and vendor tray areas.

The cart features lockable casters in a compact, 24″ x 24″ footprint.
