Streamline cleaning of instruments with cavitation directly in the sink to enhance workflow management and increase capacity
The PureSteel™ Inline Sonic System brings ultrasonic cleaning into your reprocessing sink to provide powerful cavitation for fine, detailed instrumentation without sacrificing countertop space or disrupting workflow, helping to eliminate bottlenecks in decontamination and reducing foot traffic between sinks and equipment, all supporting your staff and processes. Designed for PureSteel™ Healthcare Sinks, the Inline Sonic System enhances flexibility by being customizable and can be installed in any sink basin to best serve your department needs, whether that is the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd basin!
The Inline Sonic System provides workflow management by acting as a fully functional sink basin to manage overflow, freeing up standalone sonics to focus on complex devices and providing support for loaner trays, adding cavitation cleaning for suspect quality often found with loaner trays. Cycles can be programmed as low as 1 minute for quick, additional cleaning. The Inline Sonic can be designated as an additional sink for soaking, cleaning or rinsing. Full sink functionality remains, even if the ultrasonic capability is not in use or in need of service, meaning no pause in process!
The Inline Sonic System is only ultrasonic capable of a gross rinse, allowing most bioburden to be rinsed down the drain without filters that need to be cleared or replaced, reducing service needs. The system is quieter than most sonics, supporting staff comfort.

Sterile processing and endoscopy decontamination sinks custom engineered for every need & department
Engineered by sink specialists who understand the reprocessing space, PureSteel™ Healthcare Reprocessing Sinks are the comprehensive stainless steel decontamination sink choice for sterile processing and gastroenterology departments.
PureSteel™ Healthcare Reprocessing Sinks are custom designed & built to meet the needs of their SPD / gastroenterology department. Both standard and custom options are available. Sinks can be custom built with multiple basin options, lengths, depths, and in-built features to fit in unique installations.
Decontamination sinks feature electronic lifters so that each sterile processing technician or GI nurse can meet their ergonomic requirements; never built with hydraulic lifters which require maintenance and upkeep.
The posterior pegboard also adjusts as the sink height changes, keeping accessories and tools at the most ergonomic height. Pegboards can easily be changed for back walls, shortened in height, or created with custom peg designs to meet project specifications. Pegboards wire electrical away from work spaces and declutter sinks.
An ergonomic wrist rest is integrated into basins to remove pinch points during reprocessing and reduce unnecessary wrist strain and injury. Height-adjustable undershelves, and enhanced lighting further improve worker ergonomics.
Pure Processing offers a variety of optional accessories that can be added to the pegboard to free up counter space, organize tools near the user, and help make manual cleaning more efficient.
PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sinks can also feature an optional EZ Gate Hinge™ Pegboard, which hinge to allow staff to clean & disinfect behind plumbed sinks. EZ Gate Hinge pegboards also allow adaptability; sterile processing technicians or GI nurses can install new accessories, or completely reverse the workflow of a sink as needs change. Technicians can easily access power or utilities not usually accessible behind fixed equipment.

Designed for GI and Sterile Processing Departments, the PureSteel™ Immersion Sink is designed for the complete staging, submersion, and cleaning of endoscopes and surgical instrumentation.
A Sliding Platform allows technicians to move scopes and trays from the wash basin to the rinse basin without lifting — reducing instrument contact, minimizing risk of accidental drops or bumps, reducing risks of sharps injuries in dirty/contaminated water, and adding efficiency to the entire reprocessing cycle. The Staging Tray also doubles as a dedicated space for dry and weak leak testing, keeping workflow organized within a single workstation. Built-in storage for Staging Trays stores trays when not in use.
The PureSteel™ Immersion Sink features a 12-inch backsplash to meet FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) guidelines, and is compliant with ANSI/AAMI ST91 Section 7 (7.4–7.6) standards for endoscope reprocessing. It’s built to support departments working toward and maintaining compliance without disrupting existing workflows.
Like all PureSteel™ sinks, the Immersion Sink is built with ergonomics and adaptability in mind. Height adjustability accommodates technicians of varying statures, reducing fatigue during extended reprocessing sessions. An optional back pegboard helps teams organize accessories and tools, keeping the workspace clean and efficient.
Big reprocessing capacity in a small footprint
The PureSteel™ Xi Reprocessing Sink creates dedicated areas for endoscope and/or surgical instrument reprocessing to increase a department’s sink space without expensive construction or renovation.
