Job Description The Medical Sales Intern is responsible for outbound prospecting, setting up meetings for the sales team, reporting and the execution of sales projects to drive sales in key market categories. They will co-chair sales consultations and develop a funnel of activity for the sales team. Location: On-site only in Lisle, IL. Must be willing to work in an office.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Calls into defined territory to generate new opportunities & consultations for sales teams.
  • Uses lead generation tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn to research and prospect new business.
  • Assists in daily quoting and pipeline maintenance for the sales team.
  • Shadows sales teams on consultation calls, taking notes and updating sales opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Generates and manages reporting for sales teams.

Skills & Requirements

  • Enrolled in a business-related degree; Sales Institutes students are preferred.
  • Professional and courteous on phone and e-mail.
  • Should be comfortable being in contaminated hospital environments.
  • Self-motivated, hungry and ready to prospect on the phones.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in medical sales.

Key Metrics of Success

  • 150 outbound calls a week
  • 20 meaningful conversations a week
  • At least 7 booked Phase Meetings, and 5 held meetings
  • 15 new contacts added to the database each week

Job Description

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team by updating content, evaluating SEO trends and optimizing website activity, and executing special marketing projects. They will also maintain the health of the HubSpot CRM, which aids targeted marketing activities. Location: Onsite only in Lisle, IL. Must be local and willing to be in-office each day.  

What You’ll be Doing

  • Creating and updating marketing content, such as blogs, graphics, sell sheets, checklists, emails, and social media posts.
  • Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities for SEO optimization using targeted keywords.
  • Maintaining and cleaning HubSpot database to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Researching ways to integrate AI into Marketing processes and reducing inefficiencies and inaccuracies.
  • Building Personas for highly targeted Marketing campaigns.
  • Executing your own special marketing projects targeted at improving lead generation, brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Metrics

  • Clean-up 80% of the HubSpot system of duplicate contacts
  • Complete all assigned marketing projects on time
  • Meet weekly LinkedIn outreach goals (25+ invites sent per week)
  • Contribute to at least one SEO optimization project

Job Description

The Production Scheduler manages production timelines and ensures capital fabrication is completed on time, according to specification and quality standards, and aligns both external and internal teams on production needs. They will utilize & improve an MRP system to manage capital inventory, and track order status in the system. They balance production capacity, forecast future needs, and proactively apply improvements to the capital production process. Location: Onsite only; Lisle, IL.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and managing a production schedule of fabricated builds and components.
  • Processing customer orders into detailed production orders using the Acumatica ERP/MRP system.
  • Allocating resources to maximize production schedules and ensure production timelines are met.
  • Monitoring production schedules and proactively addressing issues which would delay production; you’re implementing improvements and efficiencies in the production process.
  • Maintaining and refining bill of materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate material planning.
  • Using the MRP to manage materials requirements and planning.
  • Communicating order tracking, status updates and inventory requirements throughout the production process.
  • Analyzing production capacity, and optimizing outputs and efficiencies.
  • Forecasting future production needs and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for warehouse & production teams, fabricators, and operations on production schedule status.

Skills & Requirements

  • Must have experience working in an ERP and/or MRP system
  • Has 3-5 years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, or capital project management
  • Ability to analyze workflows, identify and implement improvements, and manage multiple projects at once.·        Comfortable using advanced reporting, dashboards, and analyzing data to drive decisions.
  • Clear communicator both with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Precise and incredibly detail-oriented.

Job Description

The Capital Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of capital sales in their area. They may split time between working at a home office, and traveling to their territory to perform on-site visits, demos, in-servicing, consultations, and other related services for customers. The Capital Account Manager will represent the capital portion of the Pure Processing portfolio and make recommendations for department challenges. They must have a strong understanding of the industry and instrument reprocessing landscape. Your Location: Major  Midwest hubs preferred, including Chicago & Indianapolis. Your Territory: The Midwest, including Chicagoland, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and others.

What you’ll be doing

  • Builds and maintains a capital sales pipeline for their territory, and meet assigned sales quotas within targeted time frames
  • Identifies challenges, consults customers, and provides recommendations for solutions
  • Generate leads and qualifies prospects
  • Performs in-services, demos, on-site visits, consultations, and other related services for customers
  • Works with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional programs
  • Periodically attends local and national shows
  • Uses digital and social selling to interact with clients and close sales opportunities; will leverage social media and digital selling in their sales process
  • Prepares sales reports and analytics on periodic basis, reports results against quotas
  • Keeps up to date with industry guidelines, knowledge, and trends in instrument reprocessing

Key Metrics

  • 5 exploratory Customer Consults a week
  • Capital sales according to territory quota

Skills & Requirements  

  • 5-7 years of validated sales performance in meeting quotas, targets
  • Experience working with sterile processing, endoscopy, infection prevention, and/or OR professionals
  • IDN selling experience preferred
  • Capital equipment selling cycle experience
  • Demonstrates high level of planning, time allocation, and execution skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude when working with clients
  • Savvy digital/social media seller; willing to become an expert if not already
  • Self-driven motivator with the ambition to create results and self-manage
  • Expert-level phone, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications required
